For service after the warranty has expired

Should your BEHRINGER product develop a defect after the warranty period has expired, or which does not fall under the BEHRINGER warranty, we recommend that you contact the retailer from whom the unit was originally purchased.
The unit can be checked in the store to locate the cause of the problem and the shop staff will be able to provide further guidance.

Should the unit prove to be defective, the retailer can initiate the appropriate service measures.
We point out that certain models may be classified as unrepairable, in such cases you may be offered the option of replacement with an equivalent model “at favourable conditions”.

If it proves inconvenient to organise service through the retailer, you may also contact one of our service centers directly. To ensure a fast and trouble-free repair we request that you provide the following information:

  • your name and address
  • your telephone, fax, e-mail address
  • the model and serial number of the defective unit
  • the name of the retailer from whom the unit was purchased
  • a detailed defect description
  • details of any other equipment used together with the faulty unit

To eliminate any further inconvenience we also ask you to observe the following :

  • Include all accessories together with the defective equipment (eg. power cable, PSU)
  • Where appropriate, make a back-up of any personal settings (digital equipment)
  • Wherever possible use the original packaging materials. Always ensure that the equipment is packed in a manner suitable for transportation. Please note that all costs for transport and repair will be borne by yourself.
